A significant percentage of the project was pre-fabricated off-site, with 'plug and play' methods adopted to increase efficiency and maintain programme.
Installation included energy efficient LED lighting complete with daylight dimming, CCTV, data, and power.
Underfloor heating was also installed within the sports hall, with VRF heating and cooling utilised within the classrooms.
Specialist gases were installed throughout the science laboratories.
