Our early involvement during the design process allowed us to suggest and incorporate modern approaches to MEP services which reflect the goal of creating a visionary and forward-thinking new school. We utilised new and innovative solutions with knowledge and experience gained from our previous projects.

The project involved the construction of a new 15,800sqm school, accommodating 1,200 pupils with facilities that go above and beyond the best practice standard. A stand out feature of the project, optimising the school ethos of inclusivity and comprehensive learning, is the large learning support centre located in the heart of the building. Additionally, a spacious dining facility was strategically positioned to offer panoramic views, embracing the semi-rural surroundings and creating a conducive environment for students.

The project was shortlisted for Commercial Project of the Year at the Plumbing & Heating Awards 2024.
