LTHW, serving the underfloor heating, is fed from an impressive 1.2 miles of ground source pipework concealed below the outdoor pitch producing 137kW of heat.
Solar thermal for domestic hot water and the use of rainwater harvesting adds to the sustainable M&E installation.
A bespoke low energy ventilation system has been installed, reducing energy usage. Which is further offset by the photovoltaic installation resulting in a carbon neutral installation.
The project also achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
