Harvey Group are delighted to announce that Lismore Comprehensive School has been shortlisted for Commercial Project of the Year (above £2.5 million) at this year’s Plumbing and Heating Awards 2024.

Hosted by Hosted by Plumbing & Heating Magazine, the awards recognise Northern Ireland’s top plumbing and heating contractors, consultants, merchants, manufacturers, people, products, and projects.

Completed in 2023, we were responsible for the design, development and installation of the mechanical and electrical services for the new £27m state-of-the-art school in Craigavon.

The project involved the construction of a new 15,800sqm school, accommodating 1,200 pupils with facilities that go above and beyond the best practice standard. Our early involvement during the design process allowed us to suggest and incorporate modern approaches to MEP services which reflect the goal of creating a visionary and forward-thinking new school. We utilised new and innovative solutions with knowledge and experience gained from our previous projects.
