Brian Harvey announced the sale of Harvey Group's renewables subsidiary Solmatix to Neville Bell on the 6 September 2023.

Established 16 years ago, Belfast-based Solmatix is a market leader in the design and installation of advanced solar energy systems, offering a diverse customer base innovative, low-carbon, cost effective renewable energy solutions.

After nearly a decade spent successfully within the Harvey Group, this transaction allows Solmatix to further grow and develop as an independent company.

Both companies look forward to continuing to work closely with their network of customers, suppliers and wider stakeholders in the months and years ahead.
